Ben Vanderhoek
Founder + Director + Developer,  Austek Solutions
Ben is an experienced structural steel engineer, this began in the Riverina where he was the director of an Engineering company.
He then moved to Sydney to work on multi-story commercial projects, working alongside companies such as Bovis Lend Lease, Multiplex, Barclay Mowlem, Southern Cross Constructions, Highlite Aluminium to name a few. Ben led large teams on these projects. Through this work, he gained an appreciation that builders in the commercial building industry need their process to be seamless and work needed to be done at a high pace.

Ben also has a keen eye for perfection and detail and understands that products used in the building industry must be at a high standard of quality due to the strict quality control guidelines in commercial building. His favourite quote is, "perfection is lots of little things done well".

With these traits and his extensive experience in the commercial building industry, the creation of Austek Solutions was a natural progression in creating innovative products for this industry.
Tim Proctor

Tim has had 20 years experience in the building industry. He began his career as a boilermaker and over the years has moved towards researching innovative products to improve the building industry due to his passion of producing Australian made building products to assist our commercial and residential building industry.
Tim relocated from Sydney to North East Victoria over 20 years ago. Tim prides himself on his attention to customer service and satisfaction.
